Welcome to the world, Oliver!

Andrew and Shelly are parents!!!! Oliver was born three weeks ago, and I am so pleased to say I got to meet him when he was ONE DAY OLD. The newest baby I have ever seen or held, and I must say, he's just perfect and I am sooo happy for the Gagnon family, I love you guys so much! :)
